Shipping Information
We ship Fed-Ex ground for items leaving our warehouse. Orders will ship within 48 hours after order is received.
Some of our items are large and/or overweight and require an additional handling fee. You are notified of such an item during your checkout process. In addition, these items may not be available for express shipping. Subsequently, such items may not be available for shipment to Hawaii or Alaska.
If you are not sure if an item meets the above exceptions, please find shipping specifics about the item in the product description under shipping information. At this time we are unable to ship internationally and to outlying U.S. territories.

- For Fed-ex Express Saver add an additional $18
- For Fed-Ex Priority Overnight add an additional $30
- Express and Priority orders received before 12pm. PST will ship in the same day received, with the exception of orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday.
Tracking Orders
A tracking number is issued to every package and is emailed to you. To track your package you may go on-line to www.fedex.com to enter your tracking number or you may call 1.888.317.6497 and your call will be returned within 48 hours. If you have an account with us, you may also check the status of your order by logging in and reviewing your recent orders. You are also welcome to email us at customerservice@shopguppy.com to inquire about your package and we will respond within 48 hours
