Returns & Exchanges
We take pride in the products we sell and hope you are thrilled with your purchase or gift. If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know and we will work to get you what you want.
Full price merchandise in unused condition may be returned within 30 days, from the purchase date, for a full refund or exchange. After 30 days from the date of purchase, full-price items may be returned for an exchange only and a credit will be issued for the current selling price.
· All gift returns are for an exchange only; no cash refunds are available.
· All sale purchases are final; no refunds or exchanges available.
Please include an invoice copy when returning your item(s). If you do not have a copy of the invoice, please email customerservice@shopguppy.com and reference your order number.
Preparing Your Return Shipment
Please include a copy of your order, along with your reason, and write your order number on the return package. Pack items in a sturdy box using cushioning materials to keep them secure. Remove or black out any old shipping labels, including the original shipping bar code. Seal the box with shipping tape.
